Service Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We reserve a dedicated service technician and appointment time specifically for you. To help us provide prompt service to all of our customers, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Same-Day Cancellations

Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

No-Show Appointments

If our technician arrives for a scheduled service appointment and is unable to complete the service because no one is available, access to the home is not provided, or the appointment was not canceled in advance, a $75 no-show fee will apply.

These fees help offset the cost of reserving technician time and allow us to better serve customers who are waiting for appointments.
